Vision - Our Guesthouse
In August 2015 we bought the guesthouse Kammbaude. Since then, we have been renovating the guesthouse room by room. All rooms are completely renovated and modern, equipped with large TV, wood and carpet flooring, WiFi-Internet etc. We strive to provide the best living quality at reasonable prices. A room costs about 50.- EUR per night. We are delighted that many guests already appreciate our new guesthouse.
Our Guesthouse Kammbaude
There are 12 rooms available for our guests. These were equipped with bright furniture, 32 inch TV, wooden and carpet floor, new bathroom - all completely renovated in early 2016. Our Mediterranean-style wellness area is equipped with a sauna, steam bath and relaxation room. In the morning we serve a rich breakfast buffet. We are pleased to welcome you in our small charming guesthouse.
Location
Our guesthouse is located in the region Tegernsee near the border with Austria and is therefore the perfect starting point for your holiday. To Tegernsee or Schliersee it is only about 20 minutes by car. In just five minutes you are already in the mountains and can enjoy several hiking tours. You can reach interesting destinations and leisure activities in a very short time. We will provide you with more information about our region in our guesthouse.
E-Bikes / Cross bikes Rental
In short walking distance of our guesthouse, the bicycle trade Werner offers a small selection of e-bikes and mountain bikes for rent. The electric bicycles and mountain bikes are perfect for exploring the area or doing sports. We hope you have fun.

The lake and mountain surroundings
A few minutes walk from our house, beautiful and well-developed hiking and biking trails (200km) start through the forest and mountains. The Tegernsee and Schliersee are one of the most important lakes of the Bavarian Alpine area. Part of this lake area is the oldest nature conservation area in Bavaria.
